PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL-RELATED SERVICES. 

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. CALL YOUR WONDERFUL ADVENTURES TRAVEL GROUP TRAVEL ADVISOR IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. 

MOST DISCOUNT FARES INVOLVE RESTRICTIONS. CHANGING CARRIERS OR FLIGHTS COULD RESULT IN THE AIRLINE DEMANDING AN INCREASED FARE. CHECK WITH THE AIRLINE OR YOUR WONDERFUL ADVENTURES TRAVEL GROUP TRAVEL ADVISOR BEFORE CHANGING.

Your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor is acting as an advisor distribution channel for travel providers (identified on your invoice and the accompanying documents) in selling travel-related services (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.), or in accepting reservations or bookings for travel related services ("Travel Services"). Your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor does not directly supply Travel Services. Your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), cancellations, interruptions, or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of the suppliers of Travel Services, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to travelers or travelers' companions or group members.

**In this document, we may refer to you, the consumer, and each of your travel companions as a “you" or" "Traveler." We recommend you share this document with all your travel companions. The terms "we” and "us” refer"to your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor, as identified below, as well as Wonderful Adventures, LLC dba Wonderful Adventures Travel Group, as well as their officers, directors, and employees.

You assume complete and full responsibility for, and hereby release the Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor and Wonderful Adventures, LLC, their officers, directors, and employees from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. It is the passenger’s responsibility to have proper passports or government-issued IDs where permitted.

Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Travelers have done due diligence, are aware of the quality of the hotel accommodations chosen, and agree to release and hold us harmless for any claims, liabilities, or losses relating to the quality of accommodations and services of a travel supplier, and any delays, changes, or cancellations of any reservation or booking.

Neither your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor nor Wonderful Adventures, LLC shall be responsible for, and you expressly release and hold us harmless from, any injuries, losses, or damages in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or structural integrity of air, sea, and ground transportation and accommodations, diseases, epidemics/pandemics, local laws, terrorists acts, bankruptcy or cessation of supplier or carrier services, supplier default, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, interruptions, changes or cancellation of travel, including cancellations due to weather conditions, hotel services, accidents or health-related problems before or while in-transit to (e.g., an accident on the way to a tour), during, and after a tour, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of our control.

By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of a personal emergency.

Port, Air, and Government taxes are subject to change at any time. Cruise Lines reserve the right to reinstate Fuel Surcharges at their discretion and without notice.

Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above

Wonderful Adventures Travel Group requires a copy of your current, valid U.S. passport before making any air reservations on your behalf involving international itineraries.  To be considered valid, all passports MUST not expire within a minimum of six (6) months plus one (1) day from the last day of the intended travel itinerary.  It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure all passports are valid, and Wonderful Adventures Travel Group will not be held liable for any individual airline or government official denying you entry to another country should the passport not be accepted.

We will not be liable for any necessary changes to the passenger information post-booking, and any costs associated with said changes will be fully your responsibility. 

Air travelers with identification (ID) that does not meet the REAL ID ACT requirements will have to use alternate ID forms (passport, military ID, or permanent resident card) to pass TSA security checkpoints—even for domestic travel. Please visit http://www.travel.state.gov or https://www.dhs.gov/real-id for the most updated requirements for travel documentation. Visas are required when they apply.

Federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft. If you do not understand these restrictions, contact your airline or go to http://www.faa.gov/about/initiatives/hazmat_safety/.

For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Experty Section of the U. S. State Department, at (202) 647-5225, or access the State-Department’s online Travel Experty service http://travel.state.gov/travel/warnings.html. For medical information, call the U. S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), at (404) 332-4559, or log on to www.cdc.gov./travel. You assume complete and full responsibility for and hereby release us from any duty to investigate or inform you as to possible dangers, dangerous conditions, diseases, and other hazards associated with your destination.

Flight delays, cancelations, airline overbooking, and other flight disruptions are NOT the responsibility of Wonderful Adventures Travel Group. Should any disruption to your travel arrangement take place during your travels, consult the airline's customer service counter for immediate assistance. Wonderful Adventures Travel Group assumes NO liability for losses incurred due to such instances, and is not responsible for any refunds, change fees, or other expenses that might be incurred as a result of such instances. Wonderful Adventures Travel Group encourages all clients to secure adequate travel protection insurance coverage for every travel itinerary we secure on your behalf. 

You fully understand and acknowledge:

• that travel services can be interrupted or canceled by your travel provider, a government entity, or another third party outside your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor's control for reasons unforeseeable at the time of booking. 
• If travel plans are delayed, interrupted, or canceled for any reason, there will be no refunds issued by us. 
• You understand and acknowledge that your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisor has no control over your travel provider's policies, which in addition to applicable law, will solely govern any cancellation, rebooking, and refund related to the travel services. 
• Additionally, you acknowledge that travel provider vaccination policies may change even after a booking is made. 
• Information regarding your travel provider’s cancellation and vaccination policies can be found on the travel provider’s invoice or statement provided to you and may also be found online by visiting the travel provider’s website directly. 
• There will be no refunds due to fear of travel from actual or threatened terrorist events. 
• We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any third-party vendors/suppliers/providers. 
• You understand and acknowledge that, if applicable, the travel insurance policy obtained by you to cover travel services will dictate any coverage for financial loss resulting from interruption or cancellation of the travel services. 

Cruise lines require that you pre-register and check in for your cruise through their website no later than three days prior to sailing. If you have not completed online check-in, you will be required to complete the information at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time. All guests must be checked in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or will be refused the ability to sail and may not be entitled to a refund.

Wonderful Adventures Travel Group gives each travel advisor the opportunity to set his/her own specific Travel Planning Consultation & Research Fees for their individual travel planning services. 

• By submitting our Travel Planning Questionnaire, you the consumer are agreeing to the fees as presented by the individual travel advisor and agree to pay the invoice upon receipt.  
• These fees are not part of the travel arrangement costs for your specific travel itinerary and are “over and above” or “in addition to” the total cost.  
• These fees are fully non-refundable once collected. 

WHAT'S PROVIDED & WHY DO WE CHARGE FEES

Respective of our professional fees, please consider that the average American will spend upwards of 20 hours researching online through dozens and dozens of websites for a single weeklong vacation and a travel professional has the vendor relationships, experience, training, and capability to do it all for you in less time. (Our goal for the turnaround to you is generally within 72 hours but some proposals will require more time to properly build given the assorted parameters of certain destinations and travel types). We will let you know an anticipated duration as to when you can expect to receive your proposal. 

We feel that our fee structure is fair, and any fee(s) paid are part of our overall compensation given our professional certifications and expertise. The balance of how we get paid then comes from the trip supplier/vendor in the form of a commission after you have returned home from your trip, which might be many months from now. The fee that you pay covers the following: 

• We do the research for you...all of our time and services are part of it, including the research and proposal presentation. We will review availability, pricing, promotional opportunities, and more while building out your proposal recommendation. 
• Total flexibility in provider options...as an independent travel agency, we work with all the cruise lines, and a multitude of land-based travel vendors, giving us the flexibility needed to build a package based on your travel style, likes, desires, and budget. We are NOT beholden to any single provider, and therefore are not going to base our recommendation based on any single provider's inventory. We fully understand that cruise lines and land resorts are NOT one-size-fits-all and try hard to match the right property with the right client. We base ALL of our recommendations on the information that you provide for your travel style, likes, desires, and budget, and therefore are not just looking for which vendor offers the best commission for us. We will NOT push you into a situation that is not right for you. 
• Options for your consideration...when building a package proposal for you, we will present optional items (activities, excursions, tours, etc) that fit within your travel style, likes, desires, and budgets, but those recommended options are NOT required to be part of the final package. If you really don't want to include a particular component, just say so and we can remove it. We include them based on our conversations with you and the information provided above, but ultimately its your trip and we want you to have the best experience you want to have. 
• Trip preparation & documentation...we assemble everything needed to get you ready to travel all the way until you return home once again and will send out your travel documents 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Plus, you'll have access to all of it through our My Trips app on your mobile device.
• Consistently monitoring...we are regularly watching your reservation in the time leading up to departure for any updates or changes from the travel supplier, so you don't have to.
• We are your advocate...while you are traveling, we are here for you should something go wrong while you are in your destination.
• A single point of contact...unlike a website or other form of booking such as a big box warehouse store or similar, you’ll have one point of contact for any questions and concerns – the travel advisor you are working with.  In most other methods of booking travel, you would never speak to the same person twice and have to repeat your questions or situation over and over again.
• We're with you until you get home again...just think of us as walking beside you both as a guide from the beginning until the end when you return home. 
• Itinerary revisions...we understand that things happen that sometimes happen to necessitate a change or revision to your travel plans. Based on the type of travel involved we will provide up to three (3) revisions to a proposal at no charge, but beyond that, we will begin to charge for any subsequent revision request. Note that once a trip is actually booked with the supplier (meaning your deposits have been paid or it's been paid in full) the travel supplier themselves will most likely have their own change fees that we have nothing to do with. All of the travel suppliers' terms and conditions will be shared with you at the time of booking so you will understand what their rules are about the actual reservation. 

 Wonderful Adventures Travel Group is a travel agency and therefore does not provide the specific travel components that make up your itinerary, but rather the planning services and assembly of said components into an itinerary.  Therefore the necessary payments for your travel arrangements are collected via credit card authorization. Other than specific Travel Planning Consultation & Research Fees charged by individual Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel advisors and agreed to by you prior to beginning the vacation planning process, Wonderful Adventures Travel Group does NOT collect or retain any funds from you for your travel arrangements. All funds authorized by you for specific travel components will be processed directly by the respective travel supplier.  

• Travel Planning Consultation & Research Fees are separate from any travel itinerary costs and are fully non-refundable once paid to the travel advisor.  The consumer has 90 days from submission of the fee to place a deposit on a travel itinerary or risk losing the funds entirely.
• A Credit Card Authorization is required to be submitted for ANY transaction toward your travel arrangements. NO funds will be processed without having a credit card authorization on file. 
• Once authorized by you, payments to the travel suppliers for your travel arrangements are charged to the credit card authorized and specifically processed by the respective travel suppliers. 
• Wonderful Adventures Travel Group is not responsible in any manner for any refunds that may be due to you as a result of cancelation with a specific travel supplier. 
• Any refunds authorized by the travel supplier(s) will be directly processed by the travel supplier per their refund policies and sent back to the original form of payment per their methodology, timing, and procedures. 
• Wonderful Adventures Travel Group has no control over the methodology, timing, or processing of said travel supplier refunds. 

U.S. Government requirements are constantly changing regarding passport requirements for cruise travel outside the U.S. and U.S. domestic travel.  We strongly recommend confirming your travel documentation needs with the proper government agencies: www.travel.state.gov.. Foreign nationals should contact their government for further details and requirements. Guests traveling without proper documentation may be denied boarding and will not be entitled to a refund.

You acknowledge that traveling involves the risk of a variety of hazards to health and/or safety, including but not limited to, injury, illness, disease, epidemics, and/or pandemics, including exposure to COVID-19. You expressly understand and agree that you assume all such risks associated with traveling whether or not specified herein. 

Travel Protection insurance is highly recommended to help protect your investment and aid in a travel emergency or any other unforeseen circumstance that could affect your travel plans, such as delays, interruptions, cancellations, and default by the travel provider. This is especially important if traveling abroad. The U.S. Department of State recommends travel insurance for anyone traveling abroad. In fact, they think travel insurance is so important they even say so in every U.S. passport. Just peek inside your passport. Your Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel expert will provide you with a quote for Travel Insurance and you must accept or decline this Insurance in writing. 

Please read the following Terms carefully before using the following Website of Wonderful Adventures, LLC dba Wonderful Adventures Travel Group ("WATG" ): www.wonderfuladventures.com; our travel agency website and any other online features, services, and programs offered by WATG (collectively, the "Website").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to the following terms. You should review these Terms regularly, as they may change at any time at the sole discretion of WATG. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you should not access or otherwise use the Website. "Content" refers to any text, materials, documents, images, graphics, logos, design, audio, video, and any other information provided from or on, uploaded to, and downloaded from the Website.

We will make an effort to update this web page with any changes to these Terms and/or to the services described in these Terms, and you are encouraged to review them frequently (the date of the most recent revision appears at the end of these Terms).

By merely providing access to the Website, WATG does not warrant or represent that: (a) the Content is accurate, complete, up-to-date or current; (b) WATG has any obligation to update any Content; (c) the Content is free from technical inaccuracies or typographical errors; (d) that the Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party; (e) that the Content is free from changes caused by a third party; (f) your access to the Website will be free from interruptions, errors, computer viruses or other harmful components; and (g) any information obtained in response to questions asked through, or postings made on, the Website is accurate or complete. You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent and are fully able and competent to enter the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties outlined in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. In any case, you affirm that you are over 18, as THE WEBSITE IS NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18 who are unaccompanied BY their PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

You may view, copy, or print pages from the Website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not otherwise use, modify, copy, print, display, reproduce, distribute, or publish any information from the Website without the express, prior, written consent of WATG. At any time, we may, without further notice, make changes to the Website, to these Terms, and/or to the services described in these Terms.

(a) Some areas of the Website may require you to register for and maintain an active personal user account (“Account”). You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to obtain an Account.

(b) Account registration requires you to submit to WATG certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, and date of birth, among others. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information may result in your inability to access or use the Website.

(c) You may only use Account and its related services to make legitimate reservations and purchases. You agree that you will not use the account or the representatives of WATG to make false or fraudulent or speculative reservations or purchases.

(d) CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. You understand that any credit card transactions performed through the Account are between you and the cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, and travel gear and accessory manufacturers (“Suppliers”) not WATG. WATG does not collect any funds from credit card transactions performed through the Account, therefore you agree to hold WATG and its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless against any claims, demands, suits, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise out of the credit card transaction.

(e) You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs with respect to your Account. While WATG provides certain encryption technologies and uses other reasonable precautions to protect your confidential information and provide suitable security, WATG does not and cannot guarantee or warrant that information transmitted through the Internet is secure, or that such transmissions are free from delay, error, interception, or interruption.

(f) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, usernames, and e-mail addresses provided to WATG. WATG is not liable for any loss that you may incur because of someone else’s misuse of your account or password, either with or without your knowledge. Furthermore, you may be liable for losses incurred by WATG, its affiliates, representatives, agents, or assigns due to someone else using your account or password.

(a) NO WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE WEBSITE AND THE CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, UNLESS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION. WATG PROVIDES THE WEBSITE ON A COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE BASIS AND WATG MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE WEBSITE, THE CONTENT OR ANY SERVICES OFFERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE ARE OR SHALL REMAIN UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THE CONTENT SHALL BE NON-INFRINGING ON ANY THIRD PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, THAT DEFECTS SHALL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE WEB PAGES ON THE WEBSITE, ANY ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION OR THE SERVERS USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE ARE OR SHALL REMAIN FREE FROM ANY VIRUSES, WORMS, TIME BOMBS, DROP DEAD DEVICES, TROJAN HORSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY PERSON USING THE WEBSITE WILL BE THE PERSON THAT HE OR SHE REPRESENTS HIMSELF OR HERSELF TO BE. (b) INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold WATG and its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees) assessed or incurred by WATG, directly or indirectly, with respect to or arising out of: (i) your failure to comply with these Terms; (ii) your breach of your obligations under these Terms; (iii) your use of the rights granted hereunder, including without limitation any claims made by any third parties; and/or (iv) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

(c) PORT, AIR, FUEL, AND GOVERNMENT TAXES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. 

(d) It is the traveler's responsibility to have proper travel documentation (passports, visas, identification, vaccinations, etc) in order to travel abroad. It is also important to understand the vaccination and quarantine requirements for domestic and international travel. We strongly suggest confirming your travel documentation needs with the proper government agencies: www.travel.state.gov. 

WATG’S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE, AND/OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE SHALL BE THE CESSATION OF ALL OF YOUR SITE USE. IN NO EVENT WILL WATG BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND/OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED TO ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 

(A) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, 

(B) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, 

(C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR COMPUTER SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, 

(D) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE WEBSITE, AND/OR 

(E) ANY VIRUSES, WORMS, TIME BOMBS, DROP DEAD DEVICES, TROJAN HORSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE, BY ANY THIRD PARTY OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS WATG’S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

(a) Much of the information on the website is provided by Suppliers, and WATG accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or misleading statements which may appear anywhere on this site, whether they were supplied by Suppliers.

(b) WATG has no control whatsoever over Suppliers’ actions or inactions. WATG is not responsible for third-party failure to perform, breach of contract, or any action, intentional or negligent, which results in any loss, injury, delay, or damage to you or your property or to anyone traveling with you, or to the property of that party. WATG cannot and does not guarantee Supplier reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, the performance of scheduled flights, cruises, or tours, or the availability of hotel rooms or rental cars. You acknowledge that upon receipt of fare by Supplier, Supplier accepts the passenger subject to the terms of the Supplier contract. You acknowledge and agree that WATG's liability for damages incurred by you or anyone else from loss or damage to property or from bodily injury or death or otherwise is limited to the gross amount paid by you to WATG or a Wonderful Adventures Travel Group travel expert and that WATG shall not be liable to you for any special, consequential and/or punitive damages resulting from either WATG or a third-party's negligence, gross negligence, breach of contract, fraud, or any other cause whatsoever. You also agree to waive any claims for damages which you otherwise might be entitled to assert against WATG for damage to or loss of property or for death or bodily injury when the damages are covered by insurance and further agree that no insurance company or any other third party shall ever become entitled to assert any claim you have against WATG, by subrogation, assignment, or otherwise

(c) WATG may provide hyperlinks to other websites maintained by third parties, or WATG may provide third-party content on the Website by framing or other methods. THE LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND INFORMATION ONLY.
