We require a valid email address to join our email list and to receive a quote for a vacation itinerary. You must also provide your name, a valid phone number, and a valid email address.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitors' contact information (like their email addresses) and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt out of receiving future mailings (See Can I be removed from your list(s)? below).

We use 'cookie' technology for the sole purpose of storing temporary data. Expiration dates of Wonderful Adventures cookies may vary from one hour to one month. 

Your personal information provided to us for the purpose of crafting travel and vacation quotes will be sent directly to your travel planning expert. Your email address will never be sold, rented, traded, or lent to anyone for any reason. 

Yes – all Wonderful Adventures sanctioned promotional emails contain a removal link on the bottom of every email.  

Regular email communication sent to you regarding your specific trip planning needs will not contain opt-out links.

If you request to be removed from a Wonderful Adventures email list and you are not removed, send an email to that specific travel planning expert and be sure to cc: abuse@wonderfuladventures.com.

Legal basis for Our use of your Personal Data and legitimate interests

• We only process your Personal Data to the extent that at least one of the following applies:
• You have consented to process your Data for a specific purpose – we process your sensitive Personal Data and send you electronic direct marketing communications based on your consent so that we can do that.
• The processing is necessary for us to fulfill our contract with you (e.g., to book your trip) or to take steps at your request before we enter the contract.
• We need to process your Personal Data to comply with a legal obligation that we are subject to.
• We need to process your data to protect your vital interests (or somebody else's), including where you are physically or legally incapable of giving consent, such as in a medical emergency.
• The processing is necessary for us to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim or
• The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or a third party’s legitimate interest.
• We rely on several legitimate interests for using and sharing your Personal Data, including:

International Data Transfers

We are a US-based business, and as such, we store and process your Personal Data in the United States, as this is where the servers that we use for our business and on which your Personal Data is stored are located. The transfer of your Personal Data outside the EEA will be necessary for us to perform our contract with you (e.g., to book your vacation).

You have the right to ask Us to:

• object to our processing of your Personal Data
• request that We move your Personal Data to another organization
• object expressly to us using your Personal Data for profiling for direct marketing purposes
• provide a copy of your Personal Data in an easily accessible format
• You also have the right to complain to your data protection supervisory authority about how we process your personal data.

CCPA Rights Request Form

This section applies to you if you are a California resident. California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes Californians’ rights and explains how California residents can exercise those rights.

Your Rights

• Right to Access Your Data. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information over the past twelve (12) months. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
• Right to Data Portability. You have the right to a “portable” copy of your Personal Information that you have submitted to us.  In response to your access request, to the extent feasible We will provide the information in an electronic and readily usable format. 
• Right to Delete Your Data. You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will remove or pseudonymize (and direct our service providers to remove) your Personal Information from our records, unless an applicable legal exception applies.
• Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights. Wonderful Adventures Travel Group will not discriminate against you in any way for exercising your privacy rights conferred by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

To Request Access to or Deletion of Your Data (or other privacy inquiries and complaints):

• 1. Complete the Privacy Rights Request Form
• 2. Submit a request via e-mail to Privacy@wonderfuladventures.com.

Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm receipt of your request by sending you an email or returning your call. To protect your privacy and maintain security, we must take steps to verify your identity before being able to provide or delete personal information.

For requests to know or delete your Specific Data we will seek appropriate information to verify your identity.  We will also ask you to complete and sign a declaration which will be emailed to you to electronically sign.

We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
