Your Wonderful Adventures Travel Expert has a comprehensive list of "next steps" that are being taken care of to ensure the process is as seamless as possible to get you to your departure day. We will work to ensure you have thing information that you need. Below are a few helpful documents you can download to ensure you do the things you need to fully prepare for your trip, to be aware of before you leave home, as well as provide us with any additional information we might need from you - specifically additional payments that you might need to make before your reservation is "paid in full".

DownloadA common question we get asked after booking a trip is "when will we receive our travel documents?"
Approximately 21-45 days prior to your departure date are when we at Wonderful Adventures Travel Group expect to receive the final documentation from the travel supplier that your individual trip was booked. Once we receive them from the vendor, we will turn them around and get them out to you. PLEASE KNOW THAT EVERY VENDOR IS DIFFERENT, OPERATING BY THEIR OWN TIMETABLE, so we cannot accurately predict exactly when you will receive your final documents packet. We strive to get them turned around and out to you as quickly as possible once we receive them from the vendor.
Documents are typically sent to the lead guest on the reservation. If there are multiple households represented, we may send to each, but your travel expert will work with you on those specific situations. Most document packets will be sent electronically, and some documents may be sent via US Mail to the lead guest on the reservation. We will be sure to let you know if there is a difference needed for your travel situation.
All airline tickets are electronic tickets, and therefore the only information we will be able to provide is the PNR (personal record locator) along with the air itinerary. You will be responsible for checking in with the airline on THEIR website up to 24 hours in advance of your departure. We cannot check you in on your behalf, you must do it yourself.
